Anyone can dig a hole. What separates a lasting job is what happens after: compliant materials, backfill replaced in compacted layers, drainage slopes verified. That’s what determines the repair bill ten years from now.
Our method
- Diagnosis and surveys. Levels, access, soil type, buried services. Photos included, itemized quote.
- Site protection. Pavers and sod set aside, access routes protected, site fencing when needed.
- Controlled excavation. Depth and slopes per plan; contaminated or unstable soils flagged immediately, never quietly buried.
- Work at the bottom. Drain, membrane, repair, connection — per the mandate.
- Backfill and restoration. Compacted layers, graded ground, surfaces reinstated, site cleaned.
