Selective and
complete demolition
A leaning garage, a shed past saving, a solarium to rebuild, an in-ground pool to decommission, an interior to strip before renovation. We demolish cleanly, sort, dispose legally — and leave a site ready for what comes next.
What we demolish
- Secondary buildings: detached garages, sheds, solariums and shelters.
- In-ground pools: structure dismantled, bottom punctured for drainage, backfill compacted in layers and returned to lawn.
- Slabs, decks and foundations: concrete broken, rebar separated, hauled off site.
- Selective interior demolition: strip-out before renovation — walls, floors and finishes removed down to clean structure.
- Chimneys, walls and yard structures blocking a landscaping project.
The real work is in the prep and the haul-out: cutting services at the right point, protecting what stays, sorting wood, metal, concrete and drywall, then disposing of each stream at the right place. That’s what separates a clean job site from a debris pile that sits for three weeks.
Our method
- Visit and verifications. Structure condition, services to disconnect (gas, power, water), your municipality’s permit requirements. We tell you exactly what to request and supply the technical documents.
- Preparation. Service cut-offs confirmed, neighbouring surfaces and buildings protected, site fencing when needed.
- Controlled demolition. Mechanized with a hydraulic-thumb excavator, or by hand for selective work. Water misting to control dust.
- Sorting and disposal. Metal and concrete recovered, wood and mixed debris to authorized sites. Weigh slips available on request.
- Site handover. Backfill compacted where a structure was removed, final grading, site cleaned. Ready to build or landscape.
And after the demolition?
Most of our clients move straight into the next phase — and that’s exactly our strength: the same crew handles the excavation for the new foundation or the earthworks on the cleared lot. One contractor, one responsibility, no delay between steps.
