BNQ-certified rigid drain, 3/4 clean stone certified pyrite-free, filtering geotextile membrane. Material invoices available on request.

How it’s built
A seven-layer
waterproofing system
Dropping a pipe in the bottom of a trench is not a French drain. A system that lasts thirty years is a precise stack where every layer has a job: drain, filter, relieve pressure, waterproof, insulate.
- BNQ rigid drain directed to the sump pit, on a bed of clean stone.
- Filtering geotextile membrane to stop fines from clogging the system.
- Drainage board that breaks hydrostatic pressure against the wall.
- Polyurea membrane hot-applied for continuous waterproofing.
- Spray foam to cut the thermal bridge at the foundation wall.
